Job Description Reports to: Principal or Director of Pupil Personnel Licensure: 7-12 Math and ELA, 4-9 Math and ELA, 4-9 Reading Endorsement, 1-8 General, or PK-12 Reading Endorsement Responsibilities: 1. Provides instruction which remediates, enriches, and/or supplements the regular classroom instructor. 2. Prepares and maintains an outline of classwork and procedures for individual/small group work that will insure attainment of short and long term goals. 3. Organizes and structures materials for the most effective use of scheduled class time. 4. Tests the students using both standardized tests and informal assessments; provides test information for selection criteria and yearly evaluative reports. 5. Provides a personalized diagnostic/prescriptive format of instruction for the children based on student needs. 6.
