Job Description General Definition of Work The benefits manager, under limited supervision, performs highly complex work with considerable decision-making discretion overseeing health benefits enrollment, leave administration, and benefits counseling for employees. Employee oversees delivery of services to employees and/or other targeted program participants or beneficiaries, sets and communicates program priorities and performance standards. Employee performs advanced and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to benefits administration under the direction of the Director of Benefits and Risk Management.
