Master's degree in education or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience. Building or District level leadership experience. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, assessment, and professional development. Knowledge of PDE regulations, including Chapters 4 and 49, Act 48 requirements, and comprehensive planning processes. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and technology skills.
