POSITION TITLE: Secondary Physical Education Teacher (Job Description)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) teaching certificate appropriate to the assignment, including Health and Physical Education PK-12 (Code 4805), in accordance with PDE certification and staffing guidelines.
- Instructional I or Instructional II certification valid for the assignment, or other PDE-approved credential or permit authorized for the assignment in accordance with applicable PDE requirements.
- Maintenance of certification and continuing professional education in accordance with PDE requirements, including Act 48.
