Job Description Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) 260-day contract, 25 days vacation, Salary Range $50,000-$76,000 Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with district purchasing procedures. Prepare vendor payments through check, ACH, and electronic payment systems in accordance with district policies and Ohio law. Maintain accurate vendor files, including W-9 documentation and annual 1099 reporting. Process purchase orders and verify expenditures against approved budgets. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Receive, record, and deposit district revenues, including student fees, grants, reimbursements, and miscellaneous receipts.
