Job Description POSITION TYPE: NONEXEMPT ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: The State Software Fiscal Support Specialist supports the use of all Fiscal Services software used by META Solutions consortium members. This position is responsible for providing professional client support; troubleshooting user issues; overseeing and performing state reporting of district information and providing training and resources to META Solutions clients. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with the option to report to any of META's five offices (Athens, Columbus, Dayton, Marion, or Piketon) one day per week, and work remotely the remaining four days. Additionally, reporting to our Athens office twice per year will be a requirement.
