Job Goal / Purpose The School Nurse serves as a health consultant, ensuring compliance with district, county, state, and federal health regulations. The nurse promotes the health and safety of all students by supporting prevention, early detection, and management of health concerns; ensuring state immunization requirements are met; and assisting staff, students, and families in addressing health needs that impact learning.
