Job Description 35 hours/week 7:30am - 3:00pm - inclusive of 1/2 hour unpaid lunch 12 months per school year The NYS HELPS (Hiring for Emergency Limited placement Program Statewide) is a NYS program that allows civil service agencies to hire qualified permanent employees quickly and without requiring them to take a competitive civil service exam.
