About the Role Breakthrough Public Schools seeks an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Chief of Staff (COS). Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving on the Network Leadership Team, the COS is a key steward of organizational culture, communications, and executive management. The COS drives organizational strategy and effectiveness through strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and high-quality execution. They directly manage the Data & Systems team and lead several high-priority initiatives each year.
