Job Description POSITION TITLE: Middle/High School Custodial Crew Leader REPORTS TO: Principal, Maintenance Supervisor BEGINNING DATE: Open Until Filled KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Considerable knowledge of custodial work and associated supplies, materials, and equipment Working knowledge of repairs and maintenance Ability to supervise other custodians Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of people Ability to estimate long-range requirements for custodial personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment Must have adequate computer skills Must be able to maintain simple clerical records and equipment EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Experience in custodial work; minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Onslow County Schools is highly preferred High school diploma or equivalence TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 Months SALARY: Salary Grade 56 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Explains and/or...
