JOB DESCRIPTION Title: ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR File 604 Reports to: Maintenance Coordinator Job Objective: Helps supervise district-wide maintenance services. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and building system (e.g., HVAC, fire suppression, security, communication, etc.) skills substantiated by training/work experience.
