Job Description New Philadelphia City School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. Required Licensures: Bachelors or Graduate-Level Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure Either a substitute teaching or teaching certificate/licensure from the Ohio Department of Education Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to effectively conduct behavioral assessments Ability to monitor quality of behavior strategies and plans Knowledge and skills in behavior support strategies and techniques Basic knowledge of mental health diagnoses and psychotropic medications.
