Job Description JOB TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Special Education GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The North Andover Public Schools is seeking a district Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will work under the supervision of the Director of Special Education and designated special education personnel. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior interventions and related data collection procedures for children to help increase their academic, social and communication skills while also decreasing challenging behaviors both in school and in the home setting.
