Job Description Qualifications: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Have minimum of three years of experience in plumbing work involving a variety of layout, installation, and maintenance tasks. Hold a current black seal license Experience with preparing and/or work from sketches, plans, specifications, and roughing-in sheets in accordance with the plumbing code or approved trade practices. Have basic proficiency of computer skills needed to support responsibilities of position, including but not limited to e-mail, work orders, spreadsheets, and material ordering information. Install, repair, and/or maintain gas, water, and waste disposal pipes and facilities. Troubleshoot malfunctions and makes emergency and permanent repairs.
