Job Description Qualifications: Must hold a New Jersey Theater teacher certificate. Must hold a masters degree in theater arts or theater design & technology. Have excellent experience in teaching and working with high school students. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the content field and describe ways in which the content can be organized into lessons for high school students. Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with staff and families. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
