Job Description TITLE: RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) SALARY: Per Contract HOURS : School Hours REPORTS TO: Principal/Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS : Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral needs Prior experience in an autism behavioral support role is preferred Working knowledge of positive behavioral practices Experience with behavior management and implementation of behavior intervention plans Data collection experience strongly preferred Knowledge of applicable education laws, regulations, and school-based practices Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to supporting students' academic and behavioral growth Essential Duties & Responsibilities...
