Job Description TITLE: Van Driver (School Year) Transportation POSITION OVERVIEW: The school van driver is responsible for the proper pick-up, transportation, and discharge of students along appropriate routes and on sanctioned athletic, field, or other special trips. The van driver, at all times, operates a school van (up to 14 passengers), obeying all applicable federal, state, and local traffic laws as well as Portland Public Schools' policies and procedures.
