Job Description Afterschool Special Education Support Position Purpose The role of the Afterschool Special Education Support is to provide and assist staff with academics and behavior support with after school activities. Essential Performance Responsibilities Assist special education, classroom teachers, after school staff and/or coaches with activities for students with special education needs. Perform related duties as assigned by the supervising teacher, Principal, Special Education Coordinator and/or Director. Additional Duties Dependable, organized, possess good communication skills and emotional maturity and sensitivity to the needs of students.
