Job Description GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under the direction of the HR administrators, the HR Classified Staffing Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong, positive working relationship with school principals and central office staff to support the sourcing and assignment of high-quality candidates for all school based and central office classified positions. This position oversees all aspects of the classified employment process to include recruitment, staffing, pre-employment, classification, compensation, position management, employee evaluation, data management and reporting and other assigned areas.
