Job Description Leave & Staff Relations Specialist Reports To: Director of Staff Relations Purpose: Under the direction of the Director of Staff Relations, this position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to staff and district leadership in the areas of leave administration, volunteer management, worker's compensation, employee relations, policy and procedure administration, and retirement support.
