Job Description ESL Teacher Reports to: Principal(s), ESL Lead Teacher, and/or Director of Federal Programs Purpose : To serve English Learners (ELs) as they acquire academic and social English language proficiency in grades K-12. To provide a safe learning environment that supports the English language development and academic success of English Learners.
