Job Description JOB GOAL: Support the Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Finance in all aspects of the business operations of the district, including but not limited to budget development and monitoring, accounting and reporting, accounts receivables, grant and revolving fund activity, student activity accounts, scholarship/trusts, maintenance and operations, food services, transportation services, capital projects and procurement. REPORTS TO : Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Finance DUTIES & PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety of accounting duties to track school budgets, prepare required reports and records, and provide information and assistance on accounting and budgeting. Perform journal entries and budget adjustments as needed. Oversee bookkeeping of student activity accounts at the 3 elementary schools, Middle School and High School.
