Lakefront Instructors will also oversee our waterfronts from the beach, to floating docks, to our inflatable adventure course. The upkeep and basic maintenance of the lakefront beach area, docks, and pool is also part of the job. Job Description Our Boating Instructor will create and teach curriculum for children, aged from 4 to 15, on the beautiful 350 acre Lake Massapoag. Our Boating Instructor will be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of boating while keeping it fun, diverse, and age-appropriate. You will be responsible for running 35-minute activity periods for groups of around 15 children at a time, assisted by 1 or 2 of their counselors. We will provide free Red Cross lifeguard certification for Boating Instructor candidates ($400 value and transferable to other jobs) in addition to boating instruction training (kayak and paddleboard).
