Safety is the priority, but great leadership makes the difference. As Head Lifeguard, you'll supervise lifeguards, manage schedules, and ensure a safe, positive waterfront experience for campers and staff. We are hiring Head Lifeguards at our Lower Camp Lake Waterfront (Pre-K to 3rd Grade), Upper Camp Lake Waterfront (4th to 10th Grade), and Swim Instruction Pools (Pre-K to 3rd Grade). Waterfront staff will also supervise our inflatable adventure course! You will be responsible for supporting a Waterfront Director to manage a team of 15-20 lifeguards or swim instructors.
