Job Description Walpole Public Schools is seeking an LTS Emergent Multilingual Learners (EML) Teacher for Boyden Elementary School, effective August 31, 2026, for approximately 12 weeks. Job Description and Responsibilities : Initial assessment of students PreK-12 who use a language other than English, according to the DESE Language Survey, to determine eligibility in the ELE program. Inform parents/guardians in English and their home language of all placement, redesignation and exit decisions. Maintain accurate ELE checklists documenting all instruction, progress, and assessment scores. Ensure that ELE student records are updated and maintained at each school. Assess ML students in the ELE program at the beginning of each academic year and periodically throughout the school year to measure progress.
