Job Description JOB TITLE: Preschool Secretary REPORTS TO: Early Childhood Director. SUPERVISES: Non-Applicable EMPLOYMENT AND FLSA STATUS: Classified/Non-Exempt/Salary JOB GOAL: The job of the Preschool Secretary was established for the purpose/s of providing complex administrative and secretarial support to the Early Childhood Coordinator; overseeing the day to day Preschool office activities and providing administrative detail support to the Early Childhood Coordina; monitoring assigned activities; and providing information, recommendations and/or direction as may be requested by the Early Childhood Coordinator.
