Job Description Ellington Public Schools is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), This role involves implementing individualized behavioral interventions, collecting data, implementing IEP services and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities: Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Carry out strategies designed to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
