Job Description Course Description: Our step squad is a structured performance program designed to introduce beginner dancers to the art of stepping-a rich, percussive art form rooted in African American culture that utilizes the entire body as an instrument. Students will develop the fundamental mechanics of synchronization, vocal projection, and rhythmic accuracy.
