Job Description NATURE OF WORK A Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides personal care to the student in the classroom, such as repositioning of the student, removing materials from a backpack, assisting the student with communication, and attending to the students' personal needs. The PCA will help in implementing the Individual Education Program (IEP) in general/separate classroom settings that are compatible with the student's age and developmental needs.
