Job Description Title Code: Temp: Community Schools Secretary JOB SUMMARY Performs general secretarial and clerical office tasks in support of the Community Schools program at the assigned school. Assists the Community School Program Manager with the scheduling and advertising of Community School programming, helps register students and monitor attendance records using approved district platforms, assists with payroll for staff working in Community School programming, and helps with preparing and processing forms, records, correspondence, and documents for the Community Schools program. Bilingual and biliterate in targeted language may be required depending on assignment.
