Job Description DEFINITION The Human Resources Technician must be highly knowledgeable of human resources processes and willing to train others in the execution of their daily duties. The incumbent serves as the administrative assistant to the Human Resources Generalist, with responsibilities that include managing key technical aspects of the administration of more than 600 employees. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring coverage of major office functions. These functions include, but are not limited to, ensuring applications are complete in all aspects of human resources; ensuring required background checks are initiated and returned; processing CPS forms in a timely manner; assisting with FMLA administration.
