The Director oversees all aspects of program development and improvement to ensure high-quality, inclusive learning opportunities for Vermont's early childhood workforce. Our ideal candidate will work effectively with higher education partners, contracted instructors, candidates seeking licensure, and their VT-HEC colleagues.
