Job Description Job Goal(s) : The primary job goal of the FAPE Home-Based Special Education Teacher is to provide special education instruction to students in home and/or community environments consistent with their IEP. This primarily includes students 18-26, however could also include homebound/hospitalized students of any age. In addition, the Home-Based Special Education Teacher will collaborate with parents/guardians, agency professionals, community members, administrators, and consultants to make data-based decisions to ensure student progress toward IEP goals and Transition plans.
