Job Description We are seeking an experienced step coach to guide a team at Rochester Prep High School for the 25-26 school year. On our students' paths to and through college, nationally recognized competitive programs provide an edge for college admissions, but also for college persistence. The coach will be responsible for all aspects of competition, including identifying tournaments, registration, tryouts, motivating and preparing students, and keeping school leaders informed of progress. The coaching role is part- time and will report to the Student Talent Manager.
