Job Description Reports to: School Principal FLSA Status: Exempt Job Goal: To provide high quality comprehensive counseling and guidance programs for high school students. To provide consultative and collaborative services to teachers, parents, administrators, and staff to support academic achievement and school success for high school students. Qualifications: Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Valid Alabama teaching certificate in the area of school counseling. Minimum of three years successful teaching experience.
