Job Description General Definition of Work The Associate Superintendent for Student Support Services, under minimal supervision, performs senior-level work with extensive decision-making discretion providing strategic leadership in the designing, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of districtwide systems and services including Athletics, Student Discipline & Behavior Support, Title IX, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Alternative School, pre-school and Student Wellness. The Associate Superintendent works in close collaboration with the Deputy Superintendent and executive leadership to support policy development, strategic planning, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making that advance district performance, graduation results, and student success.
