Job Description Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Various Reports To: Executive Director of Student Support Services Work Year: 10-month (School Year Calendar) Non-Exempt, Non-Affiliated Support Staff The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plans and provides direct behavioral support services to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and administrators.
