These team leaders establish each team member's roles and goals at least annually, determine how students spend time, and organize teaching roles to fit each teacher's strengths, content knowledge, and professional development goals. General Definition of Work The dean of students, under moderate supervision, performs intermediate level work with limited decision-making discretion administering student discipline. Position facilitates an atmosphere in which learning is of the upmost importance by implementing policies to maintain student discipline.
