Job Description Lyndon Institute is seeking to hire a full time Director of Residential Life for the 2026/2027 school year. This position will work a 10-month schedule and report directly to the Head of School. Job Summary: The Director of Residential Life (DRL) is responsible for visionary leadership and development of the school's 35-person residential life program. The DRL is dedicated to the emotional and physical health and welfare of all boarding students. This highly visible, relationship-driven role blends student mentorship, program leadership, and operational management. The position requires full engagement in residential community life and the ability to model responsibility, empathy, and healthy living for adolescents.
