Job Description Central Kitchen & Medford High School Kitchen Manager Food Service Department, Medford High School, 5:30am - 1:30pm, 12 months JOB DESCRIPTION An employee in this class performs a variety of duties in the direct supervision of the food service program in one or more schools, as well as centralized kitchen production of various food items for distribution district-wide. Tasks are performed according to established guidelines and procedures.
