Minimum of one (1) year of experience in building or machinery maintenance, or the equivalent. Working knowledge of requirements and techniques in electrical, plumbing, heating, mechanical, carpentry, and/or painting. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, parents, community members, and school personnel.
