Job Description Reports to: Director of Enterprise Resource Planning, Data, & Analytics, Office of Human Resources The Human Resources Data & Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role on the Data & Analytics team in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) to drive strategy throughout the entire department. The mission of the Data & Analytics team is to make a positive impact in the Boston Public Schools (BPS) through collaboration and empowerment of teams across the district in their use of staff data to make data- and equity-informed decisions at all levels.
