Job Description The Amherst Public Schools are currently seeking applicants for an ELL Paraeducator at Amherst Middle School. This is a full-time and school-year position. The ELL paraprofessional assists students, ESL and general education teachers, school staff, and families of ELs in the following manner: Manages and assists individuals and small groups of ELLs, separately at times, under the direction of supervisors(s) for the purpose of practicing and/or reinforcing learning concepts and assisting students in reaching their academic goals and grade level standards.
