Job Description Dorchester County Public Schools is currently accepting applications for the position of Tradesman I/General Maintenance Technician Pool . We are looking for a proven leader, motivator, and self-starter who requires demonstrated skills in multiple specialties; including and not limited to; carpentry; electrical; plumbing; or HVAC services. The general maintenance technician performs whatever duties that is necessary to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff. The successful candidate must have a successful record of general knowledge of repairs in commercial plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC preventive maintenance.
