Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for leading district facility operations by overseeing capital planning, project delivery, maintenance, custodial services, grounds, and sustainability. Working closely with the Chief Operations Officer, this position ensures all facility initiatives support district goals, comply with regulations, and maintain safe, high-quality learning environments. The Associate Chief directly supervises key staff and manages third-party vendors to coordinate efficient and effective facility operations. REPORTS TO: Chief of Operations SALARY SCHEDULE: 305 WORK DAYS: 250 REQUIREMENTS: Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or related field.
