Job Description General Definition of Work The Transportation Technician I, under general supervision, performs skill-based work with minimal decision-making discretion performing routine preventative maintenance on vehicular equipment including gasoline and diesel-driven vehicles to maintain a safe and economical fleet. This position will be directly responsible for fueling buses and the upkeep of tires on buses. Employee performs district-level work to carry-out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Transportation Maintenance Services Supervisor.
