Job Description Summary: The Crew Leader, Custodian will perform daily cleaning, minor maintenance, yard duties, and assigned tasks in order to provide a safe and healthy learning environment in all school district facilities. SUPERVISORY EXPECTATIONS: Manage assigned clerical staff and subordinate professional personnel in one or more sections of the department. Take responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned teams. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the district's policies and applicable state and federal laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
