Job Description TITLE: Special Education Ed Tech III, Resource Room Multiple Openings at Reiche Community School (available ASAP and/or for 26-27 SY) POSITION OVERVIEW: Portland Public Schools seeks kind and compassionate Special Education Ed Tech III's to support students at Reiche Community School in both the Resource Room and the Breathe Program (Behavioral and Social-Emotional Support). Under the direction of the Lead Teachers, the Special Education Ed Tech III implements academic and positive behavioral support plans to facilitate the delivery of a high-quality education program and ensure success for every student. The Ed Tech collects and maintains appropriate records and follows required record-keeping procedures and practices. The Ed Tech demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills as well as conflict management and resolution skills.
