Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION : This position installs, maintains, and repairs commercial and residential HVAC systems in all buildings. Repairs and performs Plant Maintenance on large Hydronic, VRV, VRF, Citi-Multi systems, and Reheat Systems. Coordinates with other construction teams to install HVAC systems at the proper time in the construction process. REPORTS TO : Director, Maintenance SALARY SCHEDULE : 107 WORK DAYS : 250 REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution or Journeyman equivalent technical certifications or vocational licenses in HVAC trade Formal training as an HVAC Technician or similar / equivalent in years of journeyman level experience above 10 years in HVAC field of study.
