Job Description Title Code: Specialist: Family Navigator JOB SUMMARY As part of the Community School team, the family navigator works to help identify and arrange for the delivery of Blueprint Community School wrap-around services that best support families, including early learners, within a school community. Collaborates with school leadership and the community school program manager, district staff, and community partners to create and/or identify services related to family and early childhood engagement, adult education and workforce development, parenting workshops, physical and behavioral health services, and early childhood programming that support kindergarten readiness. Works with and coaches a caseload of families who need additional support to fully participate in opportunities and regularly communicates with families to help remove barriers that keep families from registering for, participating in, and completing programs and activities.
