Job Description Job Summary Position provides outpatient therapy services to students; develops prevention and intervention strategies; assesses students and families; provides case management; monitors student progress; and makes referrals. Position is primarily responsible for student access to services such as individual, group, and family therapy. Position is responsible for crisis intervention, peer/family counseling and support, screening, assessment, brief treatment, consultative services, education and engagement, linkage to community resources, outreach and advocacy. Essential Duties Participates in the school's Mental Health Support Team in order to support social-emotional learning, assess and improve school climate, implement school-wide positive behavioral supports and provide crisis prevention and intervention services. Conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations as a part of the determination of a student's eligibility for special education and related services and provides interpretation of results to stakeholders through eligibility meetings.
